I was originally sent the wrong item & returned it. I was upset & just wanted a refund. The seller was very prompt in refunding my money. But then I unexpectedly received the correct item in the mail. I am assuming at no charge. This is good customer service and I am very pleased with the quality of the item. And the logo is clear & nicely placed. It’s a great gift item. They have a wide selection of fun things and seem to be a good company to purchase from as they truly care about customer satisfaction.I use this often and the quality is fantastic. I get a lot of positive comments on the wording as well.It is a great cup, color and message is bright and done nicely.Works great!I’m very picky when it comes to online shopping as I don’t usually order things with less than 300 reviews as silly as that may sound but this exceeded my expectations an my grandfather loved it!So I ordered this cup, expecting what was advertised in all the great photos. What I ended up getting was a decent tumbler Togo cup with a half peeling decal and a standard lid instead of the magnet one it says it has. The cup is sturdy and all that, but the words on the cup will most likely come off in the first wash and the lid isn't what was promised. Honestly want either my money back or a replacement. This is disappointing.I love that it keeps my coffee hotter for a longer.One thing I dislike is that it leaks past the gasket on the cover just a tiny bit. Not a deal breaker, but it is enough that it drips once in awhile.I get lots of compliments every time I take this cup to the dog park!Great quality.
