When I ordered this lovely picture mug as a gift, I was unaware that it had to be filled with hot liquid for the picture to emerge. When it arrived , it look like an ordinary mug. I contacted this company and received outstanding treatment. They immediately sent another mug. Needless to say, it was finally discovered that Hot Coffee had the beautiful image appear.
