The first one came shattered, I was so sad and so disappointed because I had already ordered it to late, but the customer service was absolutely fantastic! They shipped me another one immediately. My Employee squealed when she saw it. It is beautifully designed and so gorgeous! It came in a heavy duty pink tube, minimal writing on the tube so it is ready to be wrapped or placed in a bag. The wineglass itself looks beautiful. The glass seems a little thin but since it is a novelty glass you can't expect crystal wine glass quality and not so thin that it becomes unusable. There were no cracks or chips in shipping. It makes for a lovely gift.What I thought was the perfect gift for a friend came completely shattered in the box. As you can tell from the pictures there was Insufficient packing in the Amazon box as well as the original package! Very disappointed.Speed delivery and nice product!
