My daughter bought this for me for my birthday and I love it! I have a thing about drinking from cups so the straw part is why she chose this one and the straw part has a cover which I think is awesome!!The L is missing from "world" on the 4th line from the bottom. The cup I received also had the word spelled wrong.I got this for my mom for Mother's Day. It is very nice, with a lovely message on it. My momma completely loved it, and uses it every single morning for her coffee. I give this 20oz insulated cup 5 stars and recommend it to others that love their mommas and would want to give them a nice surprise.My daughter saw this tumbler and wanted to get it as a Mother's Day gift for her Mom. After years of leaking tumblers that are poorly insulated, we usually only get Contigo but this was so beautiful that we decided to give it a try. We are definitely glad we did. The beautiful poem and design were a huge hit and it made Mom tear up.No onto the more functional aspects of this tumbler. While it is not as insulted as a Contigo it is still quite impressive. You don't feel the heat or cold build up on the outside which usually is a good sign the tumbler/mug is well insulated. We have found that it keeps coffee hot for at least 4 hours. The straw hole also can be used to relieve pressure if needed. We have had issues with some other tumblers/mugs that build up so much pressure when sealed up that they spray out liquid when opened so this is handy.We are very happy to have gotten this tumbler, both from the emotional connection of the design to the functional features. A great gift that will be used for a long time!
