This was a gift and my mom LOVED it so much she screamed with excitement when opening it. She said, omg! My own cup with sunflowers and my initial!! She absolutely loved it and can wait to use it.The cup came as pictured and I like that the sides were textured! It looked very nice and the letter on the cup was pretty. On the other side, after the first wash the piece to open and close the mouth part broke and I was unable to put it back on. I can still use the cup but unfortunately it does not keep my drinks warm.Beautifully made, loved the initial option for a more personalized gift.I bought this as a gift for my 18 yr old daughter! She absolutely loved it!! Bonus, it comes with a reusable stainless straw (I didn’t know that, maybe I just didn’t read enough)I purchased this cup for my best friend for her birthday, she loves it!!! Prompt shipping as well!!!This was a birthday gift for a friend. After 2 weeks of use all of the sunflowers began to peel off. I messaged the seller and received NO response. Needless to say, we were both very disappointed in the product and the lack of customer service. Do not purchase this product. I would also advise not to purchase items from this vendor due to the lack of customer service I received, which was NONE.My cup was delivered May 9, 2022, initially I was incredibly happy with it. It was beautiful. Design was vibrant. Today is June 25, 2022. I have ONLY ever hand washed it gently. The C has rubbed off and now sunflowers are peeling off. I’m disappointed in the quality of this as I had hoped it would last, but not even two months later it’s falling apart.Only plus side to this cup now is that it still keeps my water cold.I gifted this to a bride to be she was very impressed with the quality. It came in nice packaging and seems sturdy.
