Cute and light!Great birthday gift for a girlfriend who loves accessories!The earrings themselves were what I expected, lightweight, large and colorful. They are a piece of felt with beads creating the birthday cake shape. The lettering wasn't quite as clear to make out as I expected, but it was a cute, fun design. I think I would have preferred a hook rather than the post that it came with but I never got a chance to test that theory because they arrived broken. The packaging that they came in was inadequate causing one post to completely break off from the felt and the other to be bent sideways.
